We take pride in the quality of our streetwear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, here’s how we can help:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (e.g., caps, socks, keychains, etc.)
- Items damaged due to improper care or use
Return & Exchange Process
- Email us at archive87.ph@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send return instructions if approved.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- For exchanges, we’ll send out your new item once your return is received.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at archive87.ph@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll fix it right away.
Archive 87 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
