Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days (₱120)
- Luzon: 5–7 business days (₱170)
- Visayas: 3–7 business days (₱210)

Do you offer pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order at Archive 87 – UP Shopping Center, Diliman, QC.
Business hours: Mon–Sun, 10AM–7PM.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I request a return?
Email us at archive87.ph@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Who covers shipping costs?
Return shipping is shouldered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What items are not eligible for return?
We don’t accept returns for sale or discounted items, accessories (caps, socks, keychains, etc.), or items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
Contact archive87.ph@gmail.com right away with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll fix it immediately.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept authorized online payments. All prices are listed in PHP.
Other Info
Is Archive 87 responsible for courier delays or wrong addresses?
We’re not liable for courier delays or packages lost due to incorrect shipping details, but we’ll coordinate with the courier to help resolve any issues.
